Terms of use
Printablia is operated under the Printablia name. These terms apply to the Printablia website and its printable activities, family accounts and AI tools. Accounts must be created and managed by an adult aged 18 or over. Children should use activities with a parent, guardian or responsible adult.
Keep your credentials secure. Only provide information and upload material you are authorized to use. Do not upload unlawful content, other people’s private information, or material that infringes their rights. Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits or another family’s account.
You may download and print activities for personal, household and noncommercial classroom use. Do not resell our catalog or redistribute it as a competing service. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights. You retain your rights in your uploads and grant permission to process them only to provide, secure and maintain the requested service. AI outputs may be similar to other outputs and may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection.
Printablia is a preview service. Features, availability and usage allowances may change. We may restrict misuse or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect users or comply with law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs or a particular educational outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable misconduct. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your statutory remedies.
Privacy notice
We process account email and authentication information; adult-entered family profiles (nickname, age, optional profile choices and interests); saved packs, answers, quiz history, points and preferences; and images and instructions you choose to submit to AI features. Hosting and service providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs.
We use this information to sign you in, personalize activities, save progress, process your requests, enforce usage limits and protect the service. Please use a child’s nickname, not their full legal name, and do not include a school, address, contact details or other sensitive information.
Our service uses Supabase for authentication and stored application data, OpenAI for AI requests, and Sites hosting infrastructure. These providers process information to operate their services under their applicable terms. Processing may occur outside your country. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights or service security.
The current app does not include advertising trackers or sell personal information. Third-party sites you choose to visit have separate privacy practices. We do not promise that external sites follow this notice.
Account records and saved activity data remain available while your account is maintained unless you remove them. Use Account → Delete account to request removal of the account and associated active application records. Provider security logs and backups can have separate retention periods; deletion is not a promise of immediate removal from every backup. We have not yet published a fixed retention schedule for each data category.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Account and family screens provide some self-service controls. We do not charge for exercising rights unless applicable law permits it.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, sign out on shared devices and avoid uploading unnecessary personal information.
Children and family use
Printablia’s activities are designed for children; accounts are intended for adults. An adult should manage profiles and supervise camera and AI use. An adult-account checkbox is not verified parental consent and does not, by itself, satisfy children’s privacy laws.
Use nicknames and minimum necessary profile details. Do not let children submit faces, voices, identifying documents, school details or private information in worksheets or AI prompts. Camera access granted by a browser is device permission, not consent to unrelated uses.
Adults can review and edit family details through Family and remove the account through Account. Where law requires verified parental consent, direct parental notices or additional parental controls, those requirements still apply. Printablia does not claim that this notice certifies COPPA, GDPR or other regulatory compliance.
AI, photos and activity safety
AI-generated activities, hints, answers and scan results can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. An adult should check answers, difficulty and suitability before relying on them. AI results and points are not formal educational assessments, diagnoses or professional advice. No learning improvement is guaranteed.
Exercise Helper sends your image and request to AI when you ask for a hint or answer. Answer-scanning features may send an image for AI-assisted processing. Cover names, faces, school names and contact details before submitting. Only upload worksheets you have permission to share.
The application does not intentionally save submitted worksheet photographs as account files. AI requests are made with response storage disabled, but provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Do not interpret this as a zero-retention guarantee.
Supervise activities involving scissors, small parts, glue or other materials. Follow printer and supply manufacturers’ safety instructions. Print layout, color and scaling depend on your device and printer. Points and badges are for enjoyment and have no monetary value.
Preview plans and billing
Free, Plus and Max are currently preview plans. Plus and Max are free during this preview, no payment details are collected, and selecting a preview plan does not authorize a recurring charge.
A future paid offering will require clear pricing, billing and cancellation information and your express agreement before charging. A free preview will not automatically convert into a paid subscription without that agreement. Feature limits are shown on the plans page and may change. Email delivery marked “setup pending” is not currently promised as an active service.
Printer purchases and HP subscriptions are separate transactions with the seller or HP. Printablia does not handle their payments, delivery, warranties, returns or cancellation. Review the seller’s current price, eligibility and terms before buying.
Printer recommendations and third parties
Printablia is not associated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or commercially affiliated with HP, and has no commercial relationship with HP. HP and Amazon names, logos, product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies products and does not imply endorsement of Printablia.
High-capacity tank printers may suit frequent printing, but actual costs and savings depend on purchase price, ink usage, page coverage and maintenance. No specific saving or compatibility is guaranteed. External prices, availability and plan terms can change. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms.

For privacy, personal-data, legal or copyright requests, email contact@printablia.com. Describe your request and, where relevant, use the email associated with your account. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity before providing account information or acting on a request.
